I cannot help but think that moving to a new country is supposed to be much more difficult than it has been for us, and that is all due to the team at Sierra Atlantica. They have streamlined and perfected the relocation and immigration process to an impressive degree, down to presenting us with a list of forms we needed to get and helping us fill them out, and even though they made things as easy as possible they were always available for questions. They filed all the paperwork, made the relevant appointments, and spoke with various officials on our behalf, from applying for residency to getting bank accounts. Diego in particular has been a godsend. He even accompanied us to our immigration appointments and helped move the process along. He is incredibly focused and efficient. The fact that he ended each meeting or conversation with a summary and next steps reassured me that all was going according to plan - that there really was a plan and Diego was on top of it. And not only did he help us with big ticket items such as residency applications but also with the little details of life in a new country, like learning how to pay for parking in MVD!
